@outlandersounds like a productive day today. I am glad that today has been better that yesterday for you.
Chatting to the psych tomorrow sounds like a good first step and hopfully from that you can gauge if you think she will be good for you or not.
Least it is cool enough to sit outside with a nice breeze. Sounds like a bit of self caring happening.
I did read you are getting a bit more sleep which is good for you. ![]()

hopefully this therapist will be able to help me @Former-Member i really didnt want to go back to therapy at all, but of late its really proving that i should be in therapy even with little options so fingers crossed. it been so hot lately but the evenings are starting to cool which is nice. its not usually this quiet, our neighbours have kids and they are forever yelling and screaming all hrs of the day and night as kids do but my god i wish they would shush for a while. they have gone out so its nice and quiet. the mossies are starting to come out though so im back inside. yes some of that sleeps was intentionally forced but i think these new meds im on that are still being increased really die everything down as im lacking alot of energy more so than usual

@outlanderI think it is a very wise and sensible choice to look into seeing someone again. Sometimes admitting that we need that extra help is half the battle.
I am glad you got some nice time outside in the quiet, but yes, mozzies ugh!
It is tricky to get the meds right between helping and hindering and that balance is super hard to do.
You are doing such a great job lately of trying to work through things sis, well done sweetie.![]()

ive been looking for a bit but i just contantly get into those states where i just dont want to talk about it or i think i can just do it myself, which i know isnt the case however i do have a stubbon streak that gets me into trouble. so am going in with an open mind and really am tryng to make this time work. i know that ill eventually have to go into the past but one step at a time hey.
i dont really like the med changes however i am much more concerned about the constant weight gain and my pysical ailments too. so am staying on anti-psychotics and the mood stabilisers however increasing both of them and slowly reducing the anti-depressants not helping the cause of weight loss. so while its rough atm im hoping that in the long term itll help both mentally and physically as well.
thank you sis
how are you going tonight? @Former-Member
@Sans911i can see your likes , id really like to know how your going please ( i even used my manners)

@outlanderI know how hard it is to go into the past. I know I am not ready for that and my psych is not pushing it. Remember you have the control and power. If you are not ready for that, then you have a right to say "no I am not ready yet".
I am ok @outlander. Had two very yucky phone calls today which I made one but the other one came out of the blue and has derailed me a bit tonight. I will be ok.
@Sans911I hope you are ok sis ![]()

yeh i know, i dont know whats worse trying to be ok and then going into it or getting into it while not being ok and getting it over and done with @Former-Member i have no idea so will see what this new psych says hey.
sorry to hear about those yukky phone calls, hopefully things will get abit better for you soon and you wont have to make yukky or recieve yukky phone calls

@outlandersomething interesting my psych said was that he wanted me stable and my coping skiils in place before we start looking into my past trauma. I kind of agree with him. But he did say that it was my choice when we start so that is what I am saying to you too.
Seek guidance from your psych, but it is your choice at the end of the day. Yes hopefully no more yukky phone calls.
Wnat to hear something gross? Well I am going to tell you anyway!
Izzy just brought a rabbits leg in from the backyard somewhere. Ewwww it still had fur attached to it. Looks like a fox left behind some leftovers!!!
