Just remember you only have that hr @Former-Member and it goes quick when you have so much to say. Was he able to help you at all or was it mostly debriefing the weekend

@outlanderwas more about Sunday and Monday night and safety. You are right, an hour is not long enough at all.

well.... shows what sort of state i was in over the past few days, my car rego expired 2 days ago so have been driving an unregistered car including that 5 hr trip yesterday! i am really hoping that i havent got any fines coming as i passed 3 of those mobile speed cameras- hoping they dont check rego too...
and today i couldnt make up my mind on which phone cover i wanted so ended up buying 8 of them oopsy!

Yes your 6am ramble rings true for me too @Sans911, I hope @outlander gets the right help as to end up like me isn't a life.<br>Hope you all had a ok day ,you included @Former-Member,trying to go for a walk but got no email on my phone.Wentvand got a new prepaid phone today because the old one didn't have good internal storage for apps...can't get my Sim card to fit.... technology is a pain,watched Google so have old phone which uninstalled email app last night.<br>I have put stomach fat on too from eating chocolate from Xmas onwards @outlander but I know it's also from the stress from my s*** life and putting up with mums deterioration and her self centredness.

Tomorrow morning ill be speaking to a new psychologist in hopes she is the right one @Former-Member a step in the right direction i hope. You can take your new phone and to your service providor and they will make your sim fit. They have a sim punch thig to make it smaller.

@Former-Memberi managed to get some housework done that ive been avoiding so thats a start esp since ill be at the second work for a an hr or 2 in the morning and will be tired afterwards as atm the simple things can be pretty exhausting. i registered my car, and have arranged to have a chat to a psychologist tomorrow. im abit weary of the methods she uses but maybe itll work, its not DBT like i wanted to do but i can self help with that as i go along.
ive just been sitting outside, i was going to go for a walk but abit tired after all the housework and running around today but its a nice evening so just been sitting on the back porch enjoying the breeze
