Sorry to hear that @outlander ... I do hope the pain killers help with the headache soon. My day has been pretty busy. Hubby had medical appointment this morning and that took ages, longer than it should. Although there was a lot to cover. Then I had the car in for a service this afternoon. Got that all done, and chemist for hubbys latest meds while in town. Was back in time to see the Melbourne Cup. And then did some of my diamond painting, making some good progress there. I paid some bills. I completed my income tax return, which I had started last week. Called my Dad and had a good long talk with him. He is starting to feel a bit better thankfully. And then tonight after dinner, I watched some T20 cricket between Australia and Pakistan. Then I did a bit more of my Diamnond Painting. Now I am almost finished catching up with everything which has been happening here on Sane since this morning. Phew ... ready for bed now I think. Need rest. How about you?

Im glad your dad seem to be improving and youve had some time to do your diamond painting too.
Quite tired here too but sleep isnt looking likeley. Worried about a young girl i treated at an accident today along with some physical symptoms that greatly affected my ability to get there quickly and still having them now. Its not the first time its happened but dr puts it down to allergies. Dont think it is so will speak to them again.
Pop also has sleep apnoea but doesnt want help for it (im going to anyway) he keeps making grunting and sighing noises with occasional coughs but hes so loud! I know that's not hia fault but its quite disruptive for me too. Im such a light sleeper, possibly because im always on alert. Joys of mh 😬😏
Other then that the days been quiet. Not much on tomorrow except taking one kid to school, bills and that sort of stuff and definently some washing. Havent done it in like 2 weeks. Whoospy.
Hopefully that is all-touch wood!!!

Took 2 doses of meds to finally get it under control but have woken up with one again. This is happening quite abit the past few days so im not sure whats going on.
Pops been having issues since 5am. Its hard to watch someone deteriorate even abit, they become scared and paniced with each step but there isnt much that i can do except calm him down.
That young girls scream yesterday has set off my trauma stuff so made it even harder. Hopefully itll settle down over a few days though.
