@outlandercertainly has been a huge day for you hun. I am glad you got your job back and was assertive with your boss, well done hun.
Hopefully your leg will not be too painful. I am assuming your are home now.
Seems like you need to do some self care tonight to help you relax a bit and get through the rest of the night. Hugs hun ![]()

Wow you have been in the wars @outlander! Sounds incredibly painful (including the tetanus shot afterwards).
Good for you for being assertive with your boss, I'm proud of you for that as I know in your darker moments you wouldn't have been so assertive.
I don't know what your psychiatrist expects you to do, you have a very full plate as it is. Did she make any suggestions on what her expectations on what you should be doing are? My GP will likely have a go at me tomorrow as I'm taking paperwork for the NDIS application with me to my appointment. I want her raise the fact my excess weight due to the medications are having a negative effect on my mobility (so I have my doctor on my back about weight loss too).
So the horse wasn't in distress, it was just snoring?

@Former-MemberI was in such a flap when I was on the phone- in between dealing with mum, calming the distressed person and dealing with a horse I thought had colic on description I dont think she dared arguing. I also told her I havent been psychially well and drs orders to slow down. She wont argue with that so it works well. The ones on my thigh are still tender and bruised but dont expect them to heal over night the one just above on hip well in line with but abit along further. It the worse and will be hard wearing clothes so will have to bring out more of my summer stuff that I still have laying around. I feel like a breakdown is coming. I can feel it under the surface and tears arent far away I dont think. Atm im just on here with some music.
@Queenie
I really hate needles and they done in along the same underwear line so that if theres anthing it gets there quicker. Why couldnt they do it in my arm 😞
top bit of nells msg explains the boss bit.
I dont know what she expects either and when I questioned it she didnt have the answers for me. Im not a mind reader. Im worrie about my weight from current halth diagnoses that need to be kept in order and they only way to do that is through weight management, plus very self conscious too. So am trying my very best to work on that. Im hoping your appt goes well for you tomorrow.
And nope the horse was fine, the lady was more frantic so was trying to calm her the poor horse mustve thought what the heck! It got up looked around and was abit shaken from me waking it up from sleep but then went off eating with the other horses.

@outlanderif you need to cry hun let it out. Far better than keeping it bottled up inside of you.
Glad you boss is understanding now and hopefully that lasts as the weeks go on.
