@Sans911I am glad you are having some good days, you certainly deserve it. Even better that your meds are working and you are getting some sleep.
@outlanderhun, seems like you had a rough night. Hopefully you can have some naps today. Put some movies on and let your sisters watch them whilst you have a nap on the couch. Done that with my kids before.
I just woke up about half an hour ago, didn't go to sleep till about 5am, but at least I have had some sleep.
Just having my first coffee of the day.

No rest for the wicked here. Just done a charity drop off picked up kids took mums bf to work. Just getting petrol then home for an hr or so before i pick something up then when mum gets home wash the horses then i can sleep ir rest. Im ot tired though which is strange. Prob cause of all trh sleep ive been having lately

Im at home for a little bit now @Former-Member but the kids are being well kids so wont be sleeping.

I figure I will keep going through the motions and hope my heart catches on. I am thinking of it like two jars on a balancing scale ..... one where stones are accruing ...... the other one I am trying to fill with flowers, crystals, joy moments ..... see if I can make it balance.

I have some good news everyone.... ive got a walking buddy. One of my fb friends are after someone to walk with of an arvo so put my hand uo to go walking of an arvo with her and her little boy.
