Very scary @Former-Member but im glad your both being looked after. Make sure you rest up too ok lots of self care. If you burn out then you can help D as much as you like ok ❤❤

For decades and still my family of origin has events without me and I know how shitty that can feel - but hey
I believe I am the better person and I know you are too - your family and mine can have their own parties and we can have ours
But here's the thing - it's valid to feel like crap but it doesn't mean you are

Morning @outlander @Former-Member - not sure if you're awake yet. I have a four legged furry alarm clock that wakes me at 5:30 everyday. So I'm just enjoying my first coffee back in bed.
I slept pretty well last night. These latest sleeping tablets now seem to be working plus the other for nightmares/flashbacks.
Day 5 of feeling ok and no SI. It's a nice feeling. I got so stuck in that mindset. Don't know how long it's going to last, but each day without is good.

I havent slept yet but am busy today. Have to drop something off in a few minutes pick up sisters take mums bf to work (no parking due to aust. Day) and trying to find a horse rug for mum so we can treat the horse thats itching from mosquito bites ( horses can get allergic reactions and ours has of course)

@outlander - well, that was me last weekend, but that's because I had a breathing tube in when I was in hospital. I've almost got my voice back to normal. One of my hospital admissions I had a sore throat and hoarse voice for 5 weeks from the same thing.

@Sans911 hugs ❤ hopefully your voice comes back soon. Im baby sitting all day today but will sip on milk through the day till i can get to the chemist.
