Dear @PeppiPattyyou are active and aware about lots of MI issues ... I am glad you figured out your mistake rather than get too sick or out of whack ...
An Australian organisation I belong to is connected with the John Bowlby Centre in the UK ... his insights into attachment are very relevant to me and all of my siblings ...so I think about and reflect ... and chew the cud ... I am not interested in when something was published and all the latest and greatest ... cant afford it ... so just plod along ... making my little observations ...pleez no comparisons and cleverness competitions ... I only read 2 of his books about 7 years ago ... not everything he wrote I agree ... he had an appendix slamming home schooling .. not that I wanted to home-school ... it was thrust upon me ... the assumptions he was dealing with in postwar London influenced his judgements ... context means so much.
I was impressed by @chookmojo clarity and story ... and I like looking up things that are posted on the forum ... it brings me a little up to date ... I am a better late than never type ... I also like how sometimes it is feelings ... sometimes it is knowledge or information ... sometimes it is stories and situations that we share ...
It is all valuable.
