Hello,
i am having very dark thoughts from sexual,physical and mental abuse, from childhood and marriage, I can't stop them, my mind just keeps remembering them,I'm not sleeping and all I'm doing is crying all day and night.

Self care, im not worth any self care, I feel like I don't belong anywhere, who cares anyway, kids are hundreds kilometres away, just me now,

oh @Tigga321 that is a hard place to be in. it really is. we are here for you. your not alone in 'being alone' there are many of us who have no one as well. we just take it minute by minute and cope the best we can with the support of our friends here.

Hello,
I don't know who I am, How to live, what I'm supposed to do. All my life I've been told what to do. I do nothing all day everyday, because I got no motivation to do anything. I've tried to do things but just beakdown and cry, I'm really over my life the way I am I haven't been outside sine early December because I can't talk face to face to people, I have a psych appointment in 3 weeks, The first 4 I haven't spoken, just yes, no etc, how do others manage the way I feel. I know my childhood and marriage is mostly to blame being treated like a servant all those years, I'm on my own 4 years now and for last 2 years I've felt so crushed and broken.

Hi @Tigga321, I am so sorry that you are in a place where you don't know who are or how to live. It must be exhausting to have been told what to do all of your life. I can imagine that not having been outside since December is very difficult. I hope that your psych appointment in 3 weeks is helpful for you. You mentioned that you haven't managed to speak at your previous four appointments...I'm just wondering whether you've ever tried writing things down for your psychologist? I also want to check in with you tonight. How are you feeling since you made this post? Take care, River9

Its important to talk about it. That’s one reason why you have the psych appointments. You can also talk here ..... telling us about it, as much or as little as you are willing to share, helps to keep it from staying trapped inside you, and you trapped along with it.
You have made a start towards connecting with others @Tigga321 ..... even if you just visit here and sit for a bit ...... but I hope you will venture around a little bit more, with time.
