Hello,
i am having very dark thoughts from sexual,physical and mental abuse, from childhood and marriage, I can't stop them, my mind just keeps remembering them,I'm not sleeping and all I'm doing is crying all day and night.

I used to pet them a lot, brush them a lot, but lately all I do is feed and water them. I love them dearly but I feel empty towards everything.
