Hello,
i am having very dark thoughts from sexual,physical and mental abuse, from childhood and marriage, I can't stop them, my mind just keeps remembering them,I'm not sleeping and all I'm doing is crying all day and night.

I have not been well, I have been hiding in my bedroom now for a few weeks, I stayed away from here because you are all struggling and I don't want to be a burden on anyone...
I have now decided that life can just pass me by, Im not fighting the memories anymore I'm going with them, it's hard either way, so now I don't care anymore..I'm just to exhausted to care,
please just look after yourselves and be kind..

I feel so alone, I have this deep sadness that's eating at me, no words can describe the hurt coming from deep inside me it like a never ending torture, every day I have it, I don't want to feel this any more..I don't want to be here anymore like this, since I disclosed to my Pysch a part of my abuse I've suffered I am constantly re living it and it's just to painful..

Its hard @Faith-and-Hope I don't know, It hurts, deeply, I can't stop the pain, there's only one way to stop the pain, I don't want to go their but I can't live with this pain either anymore
