I can relat to that @Bubbles3

Hang in there as hard as it is... and it can be very hard,

When things are toughest here I look at our little ones and get my strength from doing it for them. Dont know if that helps or not.

I hate it when people tell me this @Bubbles3 so I say it cautiously but things do get better. You just need to hang on to what ever gives you strength each day.

This year has been quite traumatic for our family with my darling in and out of hospital but they are much better now. It is hard to see that clearly even at the moment as we are all drained from the experience but things have improved. I can only recognise this by looling over a journal I have kept for the year otherwise it could eaisly feel like nothing has changed.

Just my thoughts and experience.

We still have a long way to go @Bubbles3 , every day has its own challenge but I hold on to hope that things will one day be more settled. I trust you can find that same hope.

@Bubbles3 one of the best things I have learnt to do is to prioritizes my energies....

If you google search... Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen) Lyrics ,the youtube link has the song that i ofen listen too when i am slipping, it tends to help level me out with priorities.........
