Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

It is probably more about accepting or not accepting responses @Catcakes .....
To actually hate someone you need to know them reasonably well, and by the nature of their shift work, it takes the mods longer than you have been here to know you that well Hon ..... I would say it’s about behaviour and boundaries, which is a call they have to make ......
There are many here, including myself, who have spent more time with you, who have come to know you better, and we value and appreciate you ...
You are also carrying a hellava load ...... geez ... and doing incredibly well with it .....
Would it help to stay in Carer’s side of the forum for a while. We need support as carers as much as lived-experience with mi .....

Just disagreements, rather than hate @Catcakes ...... but disagreements can be very hard to negotiate .....
I have seen this many times before on the forums. It’s a community where we have all arrived here in distress and under a lot of pressure ..... sometimes from several, or many directions.
Some of us struggle to manage our emotional life under “normal” circumstances ..... and some lack a degree of empathy, although I have seen that change across time when people stay and work through the issues.
I would suggest altering your profile to block the threads you are upset over for the moment, and stay on the ones where you are feeling care and acceptance. Let the heat drain out of the situation and allow everyone space to rethink it a bit ......
