Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Chat is available from 10am-10pm however when it says chat offline that is because the chat services are being used. We are only a small team and the chat service just like the phones are used a lot of the time.
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble trying to connect on chat @Catcakes, sometimes it can be worthwhile to referesh your screen too as this will ensure you have an upto date screen. Hope this helps.
