Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

I’ve done everything I had to today, washing done, visited Mum, cooked her two meals and showed her wedding photos, shopped, had a nap, walked the dog, kids all home tomorrow...
But I have overwhelming sense of dread and horrible anxiety.....

D3 has another blood test in the morning, then a counselling apt at uni ..... S2 has a psych referrral ......
