Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

I fell asleep almost immediately last night ..... New Years Eve a few other late nights catching up on me I think ..... but reading through another thread this morning, it sounds like there was a bit of a tech glitch with notifications last night, and others were commenting. Seems to be corrected now. I am receiving notifications this morning.

Not really @Faith-and-Hope because my kids really want me to participate in the world in any way shape or form so they try to be helpful and encouraging. They also know that if they have any health related questions they can come to me and won’t be judged. Although I will tell them to drink more water than alcohol (esp the one with liver disease) 😏

Yeah @Catcakes ...... I love the fact that my kids have stayed close. They tease me, and roll their eyes, but they love me and let me know it .....

You wouldn’t know it to look at her @Faith-and-Hope,
She just walked out the door looking as fit as a fiddle... it’s a genetic condition.
