Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

I was thinking of change my avatar to a bowling pin @Catcakes and see if you wanted to change to a bowling ball (just for the day lol) but you had to have pain relief so I didn't mention it lol

I haven’t managed to change my pic since I started.

Part of yesterday’s frustration was that I was trying to upload a drawing using my new iPad, then realised it had my signature on it and I wanted the @Former-Member to take it down.
The pain relief was for my partner who has two busted knees and has to go back to work today 😔
