Well, as you know I'm somewhat stuck in the past. So I started with one of the first things that went wrong when I worked in emergency accommodation. AI validated it as something that was huge and put it in words that clarified why. I then moved on to other things. AI did reach a harsh conclusion. I'm not sure I agree. I think more in terms of human frailty and incompetence. But it was great to have the experiences validated as highly highly stressful.

Just working, in general, in emergency accomodation would be stressful enough without any added stressors @Realness! I would believe AI! Without support it would be extreme! I'm so glad that you were validated! You deserve that! Go well, my friend. Much love 💚

I love the Message version of Deut 6:5, it sits well with me at the moment.

I had my morning with God, worshipping with a service on the TV, well a couple actually! I've also been reading the Bible each day and am thankful for getting better.

As I mentioned on another thread, I have been doing EMDR for the past month and it has helped me with my dad, sister and ex friend. Three people who have caused a lot of trauma from me and I am moving on from it.

I am up early as is my new normal for most of this year.

Feeling achingly vulnerable. Just the way I am most of the time. Trying to do good and be my best self, but mostly feel this way. I have moments of strength and clarity and learning to be assertive, but constantly need to ask for God's help. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
