Christian Chat

Christian Chat

Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Re: Christian Chat

“For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.” — Psalm 100:5 (KJV)

This verse is a beautiful reminder of who God is and why He deserves our praise.

“The LORD is good” — God’s character is completely good. Even when our circumstances are difficult or we cannot understand what He is doing, His goodness remains constant.

“His mercy is everlasting” — God’s lovingkindness, compassion, and faithfulness never run out. His mercy is not temporary or dependent on our circumstances.

“His truth endureth to all generations” — God’s Word and His promises remain trustworthy. What was true for those who came before us is still true for us today and will remain true for generations to come.

🌿 The message for us

Psalm 100:5 calls us to trust God because His character never changes. People and circumstances may change, but God's goodness, mercy, and truth endure forever.

A simple prayer:

Lord, thank You that You are good, Your mercy never ends, and Your truth never changes. Help me to trust You in every circumstance Amen. 🙏

Re: Christian Chat

Hi @heartathome , @DownMoreThanUp , @Appleblossom , @ENKELI , @Lozenge ,

I was working on the theology course yesterday. They wrote something encouraging. Hopefully I can capture it. Like Abraham or Jacob we are still in a covenant relationship. It is still all about relationship with God. I took from it that each of us can have with Jesus a similar relationship that Moses or Abraham had with God.

An awesome conclusion i also received myself His Word lived. Not just a relationship either but the SAME word they lived we do and will His word in us. i see myself in my body of believers a Jacob in His 12 sons, my 144,000 chosen. Not just as a theory but lived reality with Jesus as my life The Living Word. Once The Spirit taught me relationship with the Jesus is awakening The Living Word within our own eternal Word lived.

*

It is what i love about Jesus - He is not just someone to believe in but brings me The REAL goodies i always hoped for - His life (the incarnated Word) as my own lived, living, as always lived Eternally all those He has set free in and by Him His Word active and alive within Hebrews 4:12-13

i wrote a poem about that once.

The Living Word Saves

Meeting Jesus in my deepest pit

brought an end to all my inner pain;

Through His love, the Living Word made fit

my heart to live and breathe again.

*

First, like a farmer, He pulled up my weeds,

turned the soil, laid every stone bare;

then gently sowed His life-giving seeds,

tending me with patient, fruitful care.

*

Yes, the Word's voice in the Spirit of love

drew me near and held me there;

His life now dwelling from heaven above

a living gift He longs to share.

*

So from your pit, rise up and come away;

let Him sow His life within your soul.

Find the living Word Alive in you today

your broken life living His endless whole.

Sorry to hear that, i call them in the desert times, dry and boringly hot our discomforts. Yet such place hold promise God's word, also for you.

When pondering on Jesus Alive within when we feel so 'detached' i love these kind of passages as my spiritual food. Especially the conclusion, verse 37 when such chapters are lived in His Spirit, is ALWAYS the Morning of our New Day His insightful Fellowship in our desolate reality Down There. And did you note that this HAPPENS TO EVERYONE, He is NOT talking about a specific time only a few will witness? Important stuff! And the Garden He went at night? is the VERY place our olives are pressed into His anointing oil. Handed out in our morning Worship. (i love His word like that my depressive times.)
