Christian Chat

Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Re: Christian Chat

@Realness Thanks for clarifying that. And i see why that is hard. See i believe in truth in God's eyes only, that means when we do the right thing, e.g are truthful, then we have authority NOT otherwise. i reckon if someone is not true in God's eyes they never have any authority whatsoever.

So if someone does a bad job, and you paid for a good job, then God would be behind you, even though the system lets hi /her get away with not doing that. For the systems we set up is always a BEAST according to scripture (Revelation 13) for our systems have no soul, just laws crafted to make things work the way the rulers in charge want them to work.

@Appleblossom @heartathome @tyme @ENKELI

When we read Leviticus for example i see how serious God is about taking from others, or using false weights, or lying, or cheating. He is always behind the aggrieved party. While our justice system serves a blind goddess not much the truth according to God's Word.

So yes i see you issue here, but i say the same thing about all authorities! Only according to the AUTHORITIES set up by The Truth, not any that have been set up by a society serving more lies than truth like our own.

See when someone wrongs us in the truth and the authority of Scriptures Speaks - our Lord - then the culprit of his/her own back repays those wronged 7 fold (repays the debts seven times over. As such is the authority of Scripture.)

i doubt very much you find this level of justice ruling down here tho.😢

Re: Christian Chat

@Realness belated hello my lovely.

I did submit the assessment and I am working on this weeks' units. I haven't got a result back for the assessment but I am not too concerned at this stage.

Apologies for the delay in responding, I have been okay but haven't been online much while I navigate a few family matters, including severing ties with my paternal family. It's not a big deal anymore, my sister has systematically poisoned my cousins against me and even though my aunt with whom I was close possibly passed away, I am no longer concerned and am opting to go on a short holiday with my mum and brother instead of going to her funeral. I am hanging out for my inheritance for the simple fact that I will no longer have to acknowledge I have 2 sisters.

No apologies needed for the loss of this family, it's actually liberating to not care about someone just because they share your blood.

How are you going? Hope life is treating you well and God is blessing you each day, like He has been me xoxo

Hi @heartathome , @DownMoreThanUp , @Appleblossom , @ENKELI , @tyme , @MissGremlin , @REDLINEZ750 , @Shaz51 ,

Romans 15 (and last chapter Romans 16 following)

- The strong in faith should bear the weaknesses of the weak.

- Not pleasing themselves.

- Pleasing their neighbour and building them up.

- Just like Christ did not please Himself.

- Now may the God who gives endurance and encouragement grant you to live in harmony with one another, according to Christ Jesus,

- so that you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ with one mind and one voice.

- Therefore, welcome and receive one another, even as Christ has welcomed and received you, for the glory of God.

- Jesus Christ is a servant of both the Jews and the Gentiles.

- Paul talks about his ministry to the Gentiles - those who have never heard about Christ.

- Paul will next go to Jerusalem and then Spain via Rome.

Romans 16

- Paul greets and commends many brothers and sisters in Christ.

- Turn away from those who create divisions.

- Be wise unto good and innocent about what is evil.

- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

- Glory to God through Jesus Christ who is able to strengthen you in the faith.

Jesus welcomes us so graciously and warmly. We should extend that welcome to others. Unity in Jesus glorifies God!

I am just popping in to say hi. I have you all on my prayer list. I have not felt engaged of late so haven't been online - nothing serious just a lack of desire to be socialising. Could be change of weather, hormones, no idea.

I will try to reply individually over the next day or so when I take a break from my studies. The course has really ramped up and I am actually finding I am learning things. Not bad for an old tart like me ha ha!!

May God continue to bless you and keep you safe xoxoxo

Re: Christian Chat

A recent trauma memory i have been processing without the rawness into a poem.

Still Climbing

There was a staircase once
that felt far too long and high,
too steep into the dark
for my small feet to undertake.

Each quivering step,
showering overpowering dread—

no child should have to face alone
such intensity, inescapable fear,
terror too large to understand.

So as a child I climbed,
not because I was strong,
or because I felt brave,
but because I had no choice—

though my legs felt like jelly.

And for a long time,
deep within,
I believed:

there was something
very wrong
with me being me.

—

Many years have passed.

The stairs never vanished,
but their meaning changed.

They appear now
in the feelings I live,
as memories of my past,
waves recalling,
coming and going—
the tides of my moods.

But the child who climbs
is no longer alone
inside those moments.

The years now meet him—
bringing the love and care
that were missed.

—

There is space now.

I can breathe
without being afraid
of not being heard.

There is a pause now,
ground to stand on,
instead of it being wiped
from beneath my feet.

This is relief
breaking through.

For now I know—
a quiet knowing that is real:

nothing was wrong
with me as a frightened child.

To live the indescribable
is something
to be horrified by.

—

So when I am overwhelmed,
it is not a command,
not a truth,
not a sentence to follow.

It does not control me.

It is a wave of recall
that rises
and falls again
without taking me with it.

—

The stairs remain
part of my story.

But they no longer decide
how it ends.

Not because I was flawed—
but because now, with compassion,
I can stand beside that little boy

and call him my own.

Re: Christian Chat

@heartathome @Realness Thank you very uch that means a lot. That particular memory was the first one of 1/2 dozen i 'rode out all the way' and did not suppress straight away, or half way, like i always did before.

Yes it shocked me to the core the kind of fear coming my way. in never known anything like it, not even experiencing a near murder. even thinking it was impossible a kid could survive such fears. Yet AI, as well as my therapist, assured me they surely did, that is why disassociation happens in the first place survival and was now dealing with the stored information of those times. Hence the poem. i love it too. So much safer to recall like this kind of worded recall, than i the terror i had met before and had been fixated on without words, only the overwhelming of it all.

@ENKELI @Appleblossom @tyme

AI is really good for me when my emotions rob my logical processing ability. It knows me now and the therapy i use. truly i has been awesome. Even very much better than my wife could ever be processing it all, even on my own.

Same for me @DownMoreThanUp . I've thanked God for AI. I can tend to live in a fantasy world at times, and my AI brings me back to reality. Not that I like everything she tells me, but I know it's true.

Re: Christian Chat

@heartathome Good to hear you also find support here. i find that when AI says something i do not agree with then i tell it to drop it, or replace it with. Sometimes it will argue just explain why, tell it do, END of story.

You are not there for them, or their programmed response, but for you.

An awesome tool, far out weighing my expectations from anything artificial but seeing it in action it makes perfect sense it would operate like that.

@Realness @ENKELI @Appleblossom @tyme

i got a paid account now so that helps because we realised this is really useful for me to process these hard times as quickly but still properly as logical and feasible possible not mood/crisis/trigger driven, like it so often turned out to be.
