@Realness "Two themes jump out at me: the victory of Jesus and we will groan in our earthly bodies. "We also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies." "The Spirit Himself intercedes for us with unspoken groanings." Suffering is not unusual - it is normal."
If we do not suffer the lie and its wickedness we are not of Christ's Spirit that much is clear as crystal here. So the prosperity movement within the Christian religion, and so dominant in the US, have taken hold of the faith of Jesus and with carnal minds focus on material blessings, and not live in and with Jesus His death and suffering. For how can believers in Jesus truthfully say they died with Christ when they still love themselves above all? Surely died with Christ must also mean we died to the ruling demands for physical importance and comforts, and serve Jesus' truth a suffering servant instead?
The text in Romans 8 indicates to me Life in His Spirit groans living the lie down here, for we know in our carnal minds we can never please God or find true life, so we daily die such an existence and hold onto the the truth of Jesus instead.
So yes i agree in my suffering i found Jesus and my lost good life back, while living the religiously blessed life decayed me to my good life instead.

Which one you like better on the subject of a carnal mind my first or second poem?
Carnal Mind Ruling.
We know our carnal mind by the bad life gained walking in flesh, (Romans 8:7)
heed demanding desires who our godly inheritance in us thrash. (Luke 15:11-32)
This fallen World forcing obedience to its rules, laws and creeds, (Colossians 2:8-23)
which satan daily uses, to rule our life, his abominable beasts. (Daniel 7:1-14, Matthew 24:15)
Where in our unfaithful love we drink the life blood of Christ's perfection, (Revelation 17:3-7)
birthing wickedness ruling our fleshly senses into the wrong direction. (Isaiah 57:1-4Revelation 17:12-18)
For the bible shows us how we can know a mortal mind is in control. (Colossians 2:21-23)
For we cull our inner love, and like Cain erect a wall around our soul. (Genesis 4:16-17)
Where we wander from West to East, seeking the Father of Lights, (Psalms 49)
having us think we can regain our Truth, through worldly insights. (Colossians 2:8)
Other sinner's wisdom guiding the thoughts of our inspirations, (Matthew 15:9)
lies building our inner self through the idols of world's nations. (Ezekiel 22:1-16)
Therefore a carnal mind has no inner peace in times of trouble, (Isaiah 48:22)
but always receives the full carnage of her deeds on the double. (Revelation 18:4-6)
For the end result of those who heed the flesh is fully sealed, (Ezekiel 18:4b)
all life in unrighteousness will by Christ's Sword be repealed. (Hebrews 4:12-13)
For that ugly covenant with death we made through satan's lies, (Isaiah 28:18-22)
will not help wrongdoers on the day of our wickedness demise. (Revelation 20:11-15)
The Seven Full Suns of Christ's light burning our inner evil away, (Isaiah 30:26)
all life built within by satan's lies shaping us in our worldly way. (Revelation 19:11-21)
No self effort, nor self sacrifice, redeems from a carnal mind, (Psalm 53:2-3)
no must do, must not do, undo the shackles that us do bind. (Isaiah 47:10-15)
Damned our carnal mind is destined to perish its web of lies, (Romans 1:18-32)
like Babylon fall, never again its ugly power over us to rise. (Revelation 18)
For faith in Jesus brings the love and truth to die to our flesh, (Colossians 3:5)
life lived in Christ's Spirit does us with His righteousness bless. (Romans 8:10-11)
For not works of the flesh, but a life lived in Christ ever will be, (John 8:24)
life in Him predestined to be born Our Heavenly Father's Eternity. (Romans 8:29-30)
Carnal Rule Us Untrue
We know the carnal mind by the fruit it bears,
a restless life weighed down with hidden snares;
when fleshly desires are given the throne,
we lose the inheritance once our own. (Romans 8:7)
Like one who wandered from the Father’s side,
we chase what fades, yet remain unsatisfied;
for what we grasp with hunger and demand
slips through the hands dry and empty sand.(Luke 15:11–32)
This world surrounds with voices loud and wise,
yet often veils the truth from before our eyes;
through rules and forms and teachings shaped by men,
we drift from life, though seeking it again.(Colossians 2:8–23)
And so unaware, we yield to what deceives,
a subtle rule the heart too soon believes;
till what was meant to guide us into light
now leads us further from the path of right. (Matthew 23:16)
Where love grows faint, the inward vision dims,
and life no longer flows as once within;
we turn aside, though truth is standing near,
and trade what’s clear for what confirms our fear.(Revelation 17:3–7)
Like Cain of old, we wander from His Face,
and build within a guarded, hidden place;
a wall of self no light can penetrate,
where love once lived, now standing desolate.(Genesis 4:16–17)
We roam from west to east in search of sight,
yet miss the Source, though ever in His light;
for truth is not regained by human schemes,
nor found within the world’s revolving dreams.(Psalms 49)
The wisdom praised by voices of the day
can shape a path that slowly leads astray;
for what exalts itself in human view
may hide the life that only God makes true.(Matthew 15:9)
No peace is found where fleshly rule remains,
but unrest lingers deep within its chains;
a troubled soul, though seeking to be free,
finds no true rest in its own mastery. (Isaiah 48:22)
Yet striving more cannot undo this state,
nor human effort shift the inward weight;
for what is bound within by self alone
cannot be healed by strength we call our own.(Psalms 53:2–3)
But here the light of truth begins to rise:
what we could not, God opens to our eyes;
through Jesus Christ comes life made new,
a path not earned, but given and made true.(Romans 8:10–11)
No longer bound to what the flesh demands,
but led by truth now written in our hearts;
a life awakened, steady, clear, and whole,
where love restores the fragments of the soul. (Revelation 20-22 )
So fades the old, not forced, nor cast aside,
but overcome as truth begins to guide;
for what once ruled now gently loses place,
replaced by life sustained through truth and grace. (1 Peter 1:22-25)
