Just letting you know that some really heavy soul searching times are progressing well. Hopefully see a counselor on Monday afternoon, but i'm already moving away from where i got stuck before and been stuck from forever.

Been a teary day today letting go and seeing it burn.... Thomas is so right! i have to learn not to get fixated on anything, certainly not The Wicked in me or others but not even Jesus in me or other! For me fixation will always mean loss of sight

Feel much better knowing that. Now still learning to let go doing that.

Is there any among you who can tell me about a rejection mindset? It appears to be the core of the problem with me and keeps stuffing things up in my life. If anyone is brave enough.

I asked AI to tell me about a rejection mindset, and it came up with all kinds of interesting information, including what it looks like and where it comes from. Too much to type. It did say that your nervous system basically learns connection isn't safe, so it tries to protect you by anticipating rejection first.

@heartathome if the rain is keeping you in listening to Fleetwood Mac is a wonderful alternative. I was going through my music list today and had to chuckle when I realised the majority of my music is from the 70's to the 90's with a few current artists thrown in.

CCR, Neil Diamond, Fleetwood, all stuff I grew up on and still love.

If I was granted one wish it would be to see Neil Diamond live. He is the one artist I missed out on seeing.

PS use a different mug when you make your coffee and drink it on the porch or patio if you have one. You can pretend you've gone out for a coffee that way 🙂
