My reading today was about Gideon. When it came to the battle against the Midianites, the Lord said that Gideon's army was too large. Why? Because God wanted to show his power and His power is not in numbers. Judges 7

A healthy work-life balance is absolutely the goal.

I wonder if the educational system is training everyone to be able to approach situations (like your past ones) with more understanding, respect, and support - so that future leaders offer a safer/more balanced workplace?

I get your perspective though, because it's a very different mindset to what you have grown up with and what you have experienced. It's certainly a nuanced discussion and I encourage you to keep having it!

The fact you're willing to jump into a new learning environment is really positive and I am sure you have lots to bring to the table from your real-world experience. ✨
