Hey thanks @Bubbles3 I think I commented on here before.. Still finding my way around this forum! I’m guessing alcohol is an issue for a lot of people (with and without mental illness) this time of year. I tend to keep to myself a lot but I can cope being around people drinking if I have to. Mum will no doubt have a few on Christmas Day

@Bubbles3 I fell off the wagon about a month ago after the car accident. Other than that I’ve been sober all year (from alcohol.. I have other vices..) I know exactly how tempting it is when you’re struggling and have almost been in tears walking past bottle shops.. 😖
