TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

@Sans911@Former-Memberi spoke to sane and we agreed i need to find a new psychologist to go into more stuff because mine is shite. i still feel well awful but i cant do much else, i managed a shower and a small dinner. i dont think i can manage much else now. i feel like ive been sleeping forever and i still feel so lethargic i can barely function. i am so tired of all this. tried of struggling to survive. i feel like i need to throw up and i dont know if thats because of how im feeling or what it is. so right now im watching outlnader till this episode is done then i think ill curl up and go to our special place
@Sans911ill take a pic of those cards i made today and show you. theres nothing identifiable about them esp since they are in my room without prying eyes.

@outlander - I'll say it again my beautiful lil Sis. You've done really well today. You might not think you did but you have. I'm proud of you. Well tackle a couple more issues on your list tommorow.
I'm also glad you have eaten something. There's so much you're going through mentally and physically, I'm not surprised the nausea is there. When you see your GP next ask for something for the nausea. As long as it doesn't interact with your other meds, which it shouldnt

Id love some company @Former-Member theres no pain or mh issues in our special place. Thats where i need to be. Safe from everything. I need to get away frm this damn kidney pain again.
Have you ever watched outlander. Its really good. But can be gorey and probably triggerring to others but it doesnt trigger me anymore. I enjoy it too much. Its set back in the 1800s and claire the main female role travels through time through stones. Cant think of what their name is atm but it makes her travel back in time

Thanks my angel. Youve helped me a great deal today and your right one or 2 things each day is enough to process.
Part of the nausea is a side effect from the weight loss meds but not all of it. Ill ask but its suppose it have a bit of effect so i dont have many cravings esp for sweet stuff. U wanna come to our special place tonight? Id love ur company there @Sans911

@Former-Member I'm buying 3 large Ikea bookcases for my bedroom. I have a huge amount of books; I find it very hard to part with any. I got a very good deal on them. Someone with a Ute will pick up tommorow. Then I have the lovely task of putting them together. Ugh
