TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

@Bubbles3 I'm like a little bubble floating around. Got very little energy, but I can float in one of your bubbles right? The last couple of days been so up and down. Laughing and crying in one day or one conversation.
I'm a little bit better, so I'm pushing myself to do more so I can try to get a better sleep. So far, I'm getting stuff done, but no better sleep. Mmm
