TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

@outlanderI have never seen Outlander. Gorey doesn't trigger me so should be ok. Might watch an episode and see what it is like. Might be a nice change from the BBT. Sans is right, you have done really well today

Of course u can @Bubbles3 i done the list further up but wont do anymore tonight otherwise it might set me off again. This its uhh 2 pages back now but will work on more tomorrowm nows the time to just rest and sleep and get through till morning

@Sans911ohhh I LOVE books. I am the same as you, I don't throw any away and will re-read things again and again. I LOVE putting things llike that together, will come help!! Miss 12 loves books too so had been reading mine too!!

The books are amazing though if tou want to take a read you can skim it if it gets to much. @Former-Member not for miss 12 though.
