TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Ive got music on atm that usually helps
It feels weird, not like anxiety weird though tomorrow is a big day as i find out pops results as well but i dont feel anxious just unwell @Former-Member

@outlanderremember you have been through a lot lately and then today, plus tomorrow all so. That is a lot to deal with for any person. Its good that you are in bed already. Just relax, feel the sheets on your body, curl up, listen to the music and go to our happy place. 
I'm sitting with you and I'm sure Sans is around too

All those symptoms that outlander wrote b4 are the same as I am getting the CT scan for today as its 1:14am here. I have had those symptoms for over 2 months? Now I am getting sent today @12.45 pm to the Medical Centre for the Cat scan of my sinuses & may require an Operation? Plus had blood tests last Thursday to check out body organs to make sure they are all ok? I hope I typed that so its understandable? Any way food for thought for outlander & maybe you Sans & Nell?
Going to try & sleep now its getting very late/early & I need to be freshish to go to have tests done!

Thank you MY PRECIOUS one, so do I? I could not breath properly in my sleep this morning, & when I woke up in a fright I was in a very bad way. I am still trying to recover here. I am very concerned at this moment to be truthful?
