TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Ive thrown everything i can find in the bin, ive gotten rid of pain relief everything. Its too tempting . Its too close ive thrown it all out except my scripts.

@outlander please don't be upset with yourself. You're doing that already. You know you can say anything you feel comfortable with. And in the heat of the moment our emotions run away with us and we do things we might later regret. I just wish you would jump on here and talk to someone, us, chat line before you hurt yourself.
