TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

It all happened so fast @Sans911
What was said in the post was one of those it only took that one moment to be sent off the rails and well no one was home and the object i used was right in front of me
