TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

I am not sure what happened @outlander and @Former-Member but can understand how hurtful this has been for both of you. You don't have to tell me any details as that may only retrigger and for now it is important to keep safe. I want you both to know that I will always help when online if I can and that many people on here do care about your welfare. I just wish I could take your pain away from you both. Not being able to cry is a sign of severe stress. The mind can't cope and seeks to protect you from the pain.
To think you were asking for help and none was offered is upsetting.

I had another incident offline again and i still cant cry. I just sit here unable to do anything except feel the emotions going crazy
