TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Numbness is good for now @outlander - that helps me through. Can be like walking through a fog, but protected me from the full onslaught of emotional pain at the time until we are ready to deal with it. Be kind to you now my friend and please remember you are not alone. We care xx

I can not cry either I understand the numbness I am in shock here seriously am all I can do is type to you & my head forehead is aching from stess!! I know I need to cry but we are both in shock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reached out to an old mentor of mine who said they would always be there for me.
I reached out and they basically told me to fk off without swearing as others were watching
