Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

Not for a month as she's away next fortnight (only visits here fortnightly) @Faith-and-Hope
Nobody can really help with any of this stuff they say no matter what direction I go they'll support me but really what can they do other than say I'm strong and resilient. It's all hollow and I face it all alone..

Other people knowing and standing by you in thought can help @Former-Member, if you let them in .... there is only one tennis player on each side of the court, tmbut that player has a whole team standing by them and others who come to cheer them on .....

@Former-Member. Do you have to make a move in a direction? Can you not stay put (for the time being) & plant your feet firmly? Do decisions need to be made asap - or can they wait a few more weeks? Just incase more time might help you decide.
I really feel for you. I can hear your pain in your words. I'm sorry I can't help. Other than to send you my love and say a prayer for you.♥♥♥

hello @Former-Member

wrote you an epic reply and then thought well you might not need to read now as hours have passed.

Hope that you are feeling a little more grounded.

It did sound as though you were in a very frightening place.

How are you feeling now?

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

Hope you get some sleep soon @Former-Member. It's hard dealing with mental health when we are sleep deprived.

Hi @Former-Member it's been a big day already with too much information/not enough information.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

I don't know how to keep living. I mean, I do know how to keep living...I simply don't know how to WANT to keep living. I simply have no reason to after X happens. I was starting to see a glimmer of hope. Over the past couple of weeks, as my relationship with A has improved, I really have started to see a bit of hope. But then the whole thing happened at the neurofeedback session yesterday and now I feel like I'm totally done. X is getting closer to happening and right now, if X was to happen today, I would walk straight into my garage afterwards and bring this saga called my life to an end. I know X won't happen today, but after it looking for a while like A and I might have enough time to sort things out before X happens, that is now looking less likely. I need a reason to keep going after X happens, and after what happened yesterday, I have once again lost hope that I will be able to find one.

I feel scared. I have no human being to actually speak to until I see A on Monday. I was going ok. Until yesterday, I was really going ok. Now I simply don't know how to keep on keeping on. I can do step 1, I can keep myself alive. But every time I start to take step 2, I get smashed again. So where does that leave me? Lying on my loungeroom floor focusing on my breathing for the next 30-40 years? That is not a life I consider worth living. I choose not to live that life. I will not die until X happens, but I really really really REALLY need to have some sense of hope by the time X happens or else I know I will be calling an end to my existance at that time.
