Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

I kind of believe in the theory that there are infinite planes of existence. Sometimes I think that I'm just one of the versions of me that doesn't make it. I'm one of the versions that isn't ok. Sometimes I think that maybe if I'm gone, another version of me might benefit somehow. This version is the one that struggles and struggles and ends up as nobody.

I am always worried about disappointing people and letting them down. I worry that I am losing so much confidence and I will never regain it. I worry that I'll lose my job and threaten the livelihood of my family. I worry that I won't meet others expectations and I have no idea what I expect for myself. I worry that I disappoint my mother or that my family will be ashamed of me. I worry about failure and compare myself to everyone around me. I worry that I'll be like this forever and never be able to experience happiness again because of my failures to manage these emotions like everyone else seems to be able too. I worry that I'm a burden and have non tangible barriers in front of me that I create and have no idea why I want to make life harder than it is but I do. I worry that I just seem like an attention seeker and don't want to do the hard work to fix my problems. I worry alot.

Oh no I see
A spider web it's tangled up with me
And I lost my head
And thought of all the stupid things I said
Oh no what's this
A spider web and I'm caught in the middle
So I turned to run
The thought of all the stupid things I've done
And I never meant to cause you trouble
And and I never meant to do you wrong
And ah well if I ever caused you trouble
Oh no I never meant to do you harm
Oh no I see
A spider web and it's me in the middle
So I twist and turn
Here am I in my little bubble ..... coldplay trouble

I have no hope. I can't see a future, other than the misery I am in everyday. How did I get this unwell?

I had a psychologist appointment today, cried most of the session. Didn't take anything in except her asking, what would you say to a friend (if I had any, that is), if they said there's no hope.

Im honestly not sure what I'd say, if their situation was the same as mine. Giving up feels like the best option.
I don't think I can be helped.
