Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

I don't know how I feel, I hate myself for being so insecure and unhappy. I hate this heart condition it has absolutely torn me apart, not being able to go for long walks or even have a bath for self care, I don't want a holter monitor on *heart monitor* I just want to be better!

I hate how my family doesn't understand me and makes me feel bad, one of my family members won't even take the day off for me so I can go get a ultrasound on my heart and my holter monitor fitted.

I don't like being medically and mentally unwell it's draining, I'm over it!

I'm over COVID. I just want everything to be back to normal. I hate not being able to see any of my support team face to face.
I had to change psychologist again because the one I had didn't specialise in personally disorders.

I just want to be better!

I'm safe🤗

So over being let down and feeling so disappointed in people.

So over being in pain both emotionally and physically.

So over those that present as one thing and act as another.

So over trying and getting nowhere.

So over everyday struggling to exist.

Can't sleep, feel like I can't breath, exhausted, hurting, alone!
