Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I don't feel safe. I don't feel comfort. I feel watched and followed. Can't bear to leave my house anymore. He may be out there watching, waiting. I can't get his face out of my head. I see him everywhere. Why is he tormenting me? Have I not been through enough. Does he have to keep torturing me.
but what if this is all in my head. What if it's just my imagination. Does that mean I am going crazy? Does that mean that I am insane?
I feel the deep dark hole I am in getting deeper and darker. SH and SI is getting stronger. I don't know what to do anymore. I am losing more and more hope every single day. I just want to be done with everything.

Just watched a short video where a 2 year old girl with tears in her eyes was repeating after her mum "I am OK, I am loved, I am worthy, I am beautiful".

How I desire that to come honestly out of my own mouth and that I believed it about myself.

This discouragement and everything else feels so heavy. It hurts so much. No one truly understands, I am known by no one, whenever he is here, I am stuck in my bedroom. There is no where else to go. Despair.

That precious little girl repeated after her mama " I am loved, I am worthy, I am beautiful

I wish it could get eaiser and better, now I'm dealing with medical health along with my mental health.

Things are really rough and my family & friends don't understand, sometimes I question why do I try to please them?

I hate this feeling of spiralling downhill, I just want. It to get easier. I just want to hide and cry but I can't.

Im safe ❤️

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I wish I could build my bridge and get over this

i wish I could stop crying

i wish I could stop feeling this way

i wish the black cloud would go away

i wish I could get my life back on track

i wish I didn't have to hide

i wish I could sleep... properly

i wish I could wake up feeling motivated

i wish I could run away from it all

i wish I had someone to love me.. to hold me... to comfort me... to assure me everything is alright ... to be there for me

I am lost

i am alone in a room full of people

i am a mess

i am me

i am ok

i am safe ❤️ Just eternally sad

i know there is light somewhere at the end of this tunnel... I am just yet to find it

I am sorry for being like this 😢

That was my last ever Yoga class at my Yoga Centre (last night).

They have shut-down permanently now - due to financial losses, being forcibly closed for several months (when restricted).

It was like a Safe Haven for many people - several classes on every day of the week.

The Biggest Yoga centre here, they trained Yoga Teachers there.

Their were no smiles or jokes during class, as always in the past 9 years that I've been doing yoga there – everyone was sad & miserable (upset).

My yoga teacher has retired from (stopped) Teaching Yoga now – she will not be teaching classes anywhere else.

I knew it was ending, we had about 8 week's notice - yet it crept up on me, & has come as a big shock/ overwhelm.

My yoga classes at that centre were one thing that pulled me through Covid Redundancy, losing my job.

Now it's gone as well.

I'm sick of the 5km rule

I'm sick of feeling like I'm not in control

angry at others abusing the rules
