Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

In about 13hrs I have my first session of ECT...a person abused me over Facebook saying it will give me brain damage and will destroy my life...um great.
But I'm practically a walking corpse anyway with no future so even if it does do what he said I'll be better off, it seems more attractive than how things are now.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

It's so hard to make good choices when my mind is just focused on how to hurt myself and why I should. I've been back to read my response on a self-sabotage thread and that idea of how to manage it makes sense. In a similar way, it's exactly what I discussed with my counsellor this week. But it's just... I don't feel like I deserve to make the good choice.

I am exhausted.... but I cannot sleep.. I only nap

I want to scream... but no sound comes out

I want to cry... but I have no tears left to shed..

I want to run away... but I have no where to go

I want to be me again... but I no longer know who that is

I want to talk... but I have no voice

I want answers... but I dont know the questions...

I want to escape... but I dont know what I am escaping

I want to hide... but there is nowhere to hide

I want to be alone... but I am lonely

I want to be found... but I appear to be invisible

I want to get it all out... but it is stuck inside me and wont let go

I want to keep going.... but I dont know that I can anymore

I am feeling very needy... but I dont know what it is I need

I am lost... but dont know if I want to be found

I want to be held... but I cannot be touched

I am confused

I am sad

Is this the new forever me

Will things ever get better..

do not panic.. I am safe and out of harms way

When you have told them not to turn up unannounced and they know the night hours are your worse, why do they come. Having a panic attack because I couldn't get my headphones on quick enough to drown the sound of the sirens in front of them made it so much worse. I hate myself because of the fear I saw in my niece's eyes. Hubby will explain the best he can but mean time I am hiding to scared to go out there again. It is getting harder and harder to ignore the SI and SH thoughts again. Getting sucked slowly back into the darkness

Need to get rid of this sad and dark glasses that I sometimes find myself wearing. Because I mainly see is hopelessness. And so very stuck feeling. The glasses where I only see feelings...some feelings cannot be trusted.
