Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

I'm really annoyed about the problems I've had to deal with in my life. Over the last few days I been thinking about the trampoline accident and the head injury - u sustained in the trampoline accident. 18 stitches to the right side of my head. And I'm thinking it explains why I've struggled so much in life. The professionals and family has said it wasn't the head injury that caused my problems. They've said it was the loss of my brother and smoking marijuwana. I agree the loss of my brother and smoking marijuwana did not help. It was tragic. It messed me up. It Caused me huge problems. But I can't shake the idea that the trampoline accident and head injury also caused myself some issues and problems. I've researched head injuries / brain injuries and done the doctor Google thing. Become a hypercondriact. And yea I partially think I'm still living with the problems caused bye the head / brain injury. Social problems. Emotional issues. Psychosis. And stuff like that. Bad decision making. Lack of confidence. Turning to substance abuse. The loss of my brother made me really resent and detest what had happened. And it also made me analyze every little thing I had ever done wrong. I think family an professionals should be more considerate about my pen professional opinion of my own self and life is rather then their bias opinion.

I am having some incredibly stressful, worrying & disturbing thoughts surrounding my involvement, treatment & service received from certain individuals from system and from the system as a whole. And is because of the end results I am now having to live with on a daily basis. (And is an attempt at myself resolving this horrendous situation I've found myself in) - That I'm having to wake up with each day, live through each day with, fall asleep before at the end of each day with. And yes these thoughts... And what has happened... are and is very unorthodox in nature! - They have claimed that I was mentally ill. And they have tried to treat this mental illness. And to be quite honest with you. The end results are very yucky, nasty and atrocious to have to live with. And I'm tired of bottling it all up. And sugar coating the situation. And putting a mask on like everything is OK. When really it's not! When really this is a result of someone else's wrong, which they need admit to, take responsibility for, and be held accountable for. Rather then make false claims that I'm mentally ill and that I need medication. Which is totally detrimental, adverse and negative to my wellbeing and life. So essentially yes. I'm dealing with a society that is in a deep, dark and treacherous state state denial.

I am not enough. I will never be enough. Enough. Can't ever be. I try so damn hard to be enough. For me. For others. For existing. For living. But it's like being one fifth, 20%, 30%, whatever. Although it feels like I always give 100% or more. Perhaps it is my delusion. Perhaps I don't give enough. Whatever. Enough isn't enough. And I can't do or be or give anymore. What's the point in trying then
