Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

You would think one would learn by now not to engage brain before thought. But yet time and time again I fk it up usually in a pretty good fashion. Which means offending someone, even if that's not the intention. But I didn't do it just once on fb for the whole world to see. I did it twice, tripping over both feet with a major face plant. First I spelt her name wrong, even though it was right in front of me. They to add insult to injury, I tell her in an abrupt, only I could so well fashion, that what I was doing wasn't that challenging. Well, perhaps it's not for me, but what if if it was a significant invalidation for her. Here's me, constantly complaining of how much I am invalidated and I do it to someone else! What a looser am I? And I NEVER learn my lesson. EVER! I'm so angry with myself. I want to crawl into the deepest, smallest hole, get stuck there and never come out alive.

I'm tired of having poor health which Is caused bye the depot injection. If the physical side effects of the drugs the mental health system are giving me. Is an indicator of what it does to me mentally. It's bad news all around. And there's nobody here to do anything about it. And there's nobody who cares. As far as I'm concerned. It's cruelty in the first degree.

I am exhausted from dealing with myself, when will this stop. I am scared that all hope has gone and that I will never recover. I am at the stage where I just don't care anymore. I feel so needy yet so unworthy of help. I am so insignificant.....

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Everything has fallen apart for me again. I can't have any decent relationship with anyone on my mum's side of the family. My sister hates my guts now, because I will not tolerate being used and abused by her and her family any longer. I hate being born to a family that couldn't care less about me. I look at all the happy families that walk around in the parks, or along the beach, holding hands and laughing among themselves and I resent them. I think to them "you have no idea how good you've got it." If I was ever offered to trade places with someone who had a caring family that loved everyone as who they were, unconditionally, I would take it in a heart-beat.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I’m not expecting answers but just wanted to get it out of my system.

Why do people not say what they mean?

Why do people say they will be there for me but then are nowhere to be found time and time (and time) again? There is a part of me that screams “but your promised!”

Why do people say they love you but their actions show the complete opposite yet you’re reeled back in each time with their words?

Most importantly, if you loved me then why does it feel like you’re leaving me?

My heart feels broken...

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Sorry, me again. Apparently I have a lot of feelings that I want to share today...

I’m sick of crying. Well and truly. Just when I think I have the waterworks under control, another spell hits me.

A little trick I’ve learnt is if my tears are about to start, craning my neck upwards so I’m looking at the sky or ceiling means I can try to contain the tears if it’s a light crying spell (it doesn’t work for a full-blown crying episode though).

So I’m all cried out yet I still have more tears to come...over crying

Thanks for reading 💖

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I've decided I'm broken. Far too broken to put back together. My trauma has not necessarily been life threatening or voilent but it has been sustained. Every time, like Humpty Dumpty I fall and break, and I put myself back together again. Not realising I loose a little of myself at the time. I'm just to feel OK again, like everything is not too bad, then bam, someone comes and knocks me off again.

This pattern has been repeated from the time before I could walk, into my teenage & early adult years. I thought my career might give me the confidence I needed, and I would thrive and grow. That was not a wise choice, as time and time again I was pushed, shoved and kicked off the wall. Everytime I lost a peice of me. Now there are too many peices missing. I'm not longer whole and I'll never be because there's too much missing. I have drifted through to the invisible crowd, where I'm barely seen or heard. I can't be fixed, as it's complicated and messy. So what use is there trying? I am too broken for this earth
