Always good to see you on the forum @BlueBay. Sorry to hear you've been in hospital. I know what you mean about it being a safety area, I often think of the hospital in much the same way. I do hope the exhaustion and fatigue pass for you soon, I hope it is just a side effect of the medication which will also pass. I think being unwell and hospitalised and now back to 'reality' in the outside world, it is natural to have mixed feelings and emotions. I know in the past I've felt that way when discharged from hospital.

Take it easy and remember to be kind to yourself in these coming days and weeks. I'm glad the mental health team is still in contact with you.

I'm struggling. Extreme exhaustiion, my whole body is fatigued. And i have to go to work tomorrow. My hours are 10-2 which is short shift but still i am so tired. Even typing this to you guys is a struggle. I just want to go back to bed and sleep. think i will later on. waiting for a guy to come and fix our oven. apparently while i was in hospital it almost caught fire. it was off for about four hours annd then it went bang and then the element inside burnt. so hubby phoned the company and organised for someone to come today.

think it's one of the meds that i amm on that is causing this exhaustion. i can't even think properly.

I may not be on here all the time at the moment. you see i am completely exhausted and my body is aching with tiredness. So i have decided that i can't even come on here to chat to any of you as i am so exhausted and need my sleep and rest.

i thought i would let you all know today as i will drop in every now and then but at the moment it will only be every so often.

My body feels like it's been in a marathon, my ankles ache, my back and just every where aches. i saw my chiro today and he put me back in balance and said he thinks i need to just let my body rest. my body is telling me something so i need to listen.
