@Phoenix_Rising @CheerBear come close (but no touching) I have to whisper as it is a secret...
Zoe may have not had her midday meds and although that may not be good for her later tonight - it certainly has given her a clearer head this afternoon.... just sayin'!

Yep @Phoenix_Rising you've done it - and it only took 7 minutes....
*Zoe needs to change clothes again*
@Zoe7 Giggle. The funny thing is that I have just actually failed a student and now I need to go back through the whoooooooole paper to see if I can nudge them over the line or whether it is a lost cause, in which case the paper will need to go to the lecturer for review and it is all a big hassle for everybody - grrrrrrrrr. Darn snow flakey banana heads!!! I am going to disappear now so that I can reappear at FF having achieved my goal for the day. I am super glad you seem to have an endless supply of underpants in your house @Zoe7! ![]()

I've been reading along so figured I'd put my (unwanted and unhelpful) 2c in.
My layman's understanding of the system circa 2008 was similar to what Phoenix_Rising is describing. I'd thought it was 1 new MHCP per calendar year gives 6+4 medicare subsidised sessions, with nothing about 12 months coming into it anywhere. But that could easily be outdated and even originally wrong.
I'm used to seeing clear-as-mud explanations and connect-the-dots-with-half-the-numbers-missing scenarios under a completely different topic, so good luck all in your quest for truth and clarity.

Not unwanted or unhelpful at all @TheVorticon What all this showsme is that the whole system is inherently flawed and designed to further alienate rather than include those who most need the support.

I think it's the fact @Phoenix_Rising,that there is nothing no one can do for me.When I was a child, used to sing and play piano to "Row your boat.Today I'm thinking how true that is,if you can't row your own boat ,life is a nightmare, not a dream.I have no trust in anyone anymore. Thanks

Hi @Former-Member I can super hear how hopeless you feel and that you think it's a fact that no-one can do anything for you. It makes sense that you think it's a fact based on your awful history of what has happened in the past when you have sought support. However, thinking something is a fact and something actually being a fact are not the same thing. But as I said, I totally get how superly duperly hard it is thinking that no-one can do anything for you. I recognise how this thought can drive feelings of utter hopelessness and despair, which in turn make it super hard to keep on keeping on seeking support, which in turn reinforces the idea that no-one can help. It is a super super tough situation to be in. ![]()

I have to admit, I have no confusion in my brain at all right now. My understanding is:
In order to muddle me again now, someone will need to come forward and say they have seen a psychologist more than 10 times in a single calander year (i.e. between Jan 1st and Dec 31st) and had all of those sessions subsidised by medicare.
