@MDT - morning. I'm sorry you feel that way. But @outlander has a point. Just do at least one thing that makes you feel ok. Then at least you can say it wasn't all bad. Yesterday afternoon I took my cat outside on the harness & leash, and cut back some shrubs in the front garden as well as a general tidy up. Not entirely exciting but I got out of the house for a while and it felt good with the breeze.

ahhhhh ! @outlander@Sans911@soul@Faith-and-Hope
i always talk about how i struggle to accept the situation.. i think i accept it but i still hate it...
i really dont wanna do anything at all.... i dont care anymore... i cant face people and the world because its a reminder of everyone else doing better... and i try to tell people but they tell me its okay or something...
im just the pity case amongst everyone... i cant face people.. i just wanna disappear..
im happy for my sister but i cant handle the world today... no one cares... but my family do which is good.
im done..
i cant be bothered ringing lifeline because they are anonymous.. i cant ring my psych because they dont do phonecalls.. no one will treat my condition seriously because i an white or something.. because im tall.. because i dress alright... therapists are shallow.. except the two ones i have..
i have nothing to live for... wveryday is the same and i cant handle it...
im sick of talking on this forum and SANE forums because i feel like im kidding myself..
people just think im weak and they are probably right.. i always have been... i dont wanna go to hospital because they will just turn me back.. i belong nowhere..
waste of a human..
im really done... i dont care.. i dont wanna die.. but i dont wanna live either.. and IM OVER PEOPLE... WHY IS EVERYONE SHALLOW AND FAKE... i cant take faking everything in my life because all of it is fake.. im not okay and no one takes it seriously...
im on the verge of tears but im out in public and i cant do that.. even if i tried..
