It's hard when that happens @MDT .....but there will be some post-study slump happening here for you ..... and pre-Christmas slump ..... and "I don't have a girlfriend yet" slump ......
When you do meet the right girl, it's not she who will make you happy ..... it will be about learning to make each other happy ..... and she needs to find you in a space where you are doing things you enjoy (like X-box ..... and she should like X-box too) and know where you like to go out, and things you like to do ..... because she will be interested in all that. So rather than waiting on the girlfriend to make a life with, make a life according to what you like and want, so there is something for her to connect to when that time comes.
That's my thoughts anyway, whether it's any use to you or not ......
