I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Sans911,having a meeting with a psychiatrist that late in the day isn't a good idea.Try and get earlier appointments.👳

@Former-Member it wouldn't have mattered when I saw her. It was never going to be an easy appt. I nearly didn't go today

@Sans911, there's no easy answer for our problems,and I will only discuss it here,I won't put myself through that,like the doctor in his judgents and comments,it makes me worse.I know it's me that's the problem.

Sorry i fell asleep for about an hour but had a night mare and havebeen using strategies to help.

Just last night @Sans911,I got angry within a hour, waiting for my mother to come home f***** Halloween,hate kids coming to the door I think it's bloody rude,only had two knock but they knocked again I never had it til I moved in town.I didn't open the door knowing I was P***** off .To me,unless you have something outside like balloons ,they should know not to have the hide to knock.Im not into kids, wish I could turn them into puppies and kittens!lol!
I have to park in the street til my mother gets here and when I wait til 8 pm when she says 5:30 I get agitated.It triggers me as I spent 20 grand on a double garage when I worked and end up here worse off.Still stuck with her.Still angry about the counseling process,mh nurse who I trusted and highly regarded I did after over 3 yrs felt he. just played with my life,and everyone else left a lot to be desired.I get angry how when I go out,my mother won't have the respect to let me go on my own .It's ridiculous.
The depression came on quick,going out to do something as I sat here more yesterday and it doesn't help.
