Im in bed @outlander,I suggest you try a bath like I just did, because I've been hit with a storm,but first sit somewhere quiet and focus on your breathing.

I had a hot shower and now in bed @Former-Member i dont have much energy and im sore and the flashbacks are exhausting me

I can understand the trigger of today,just try and focus on something pleasant @outlander.I did see the Brumbies past few days on my walk yesterday.A chestnut with a white stripe down his nose,a black one with beautiful mane who was pregnant last year and a brown stallion,and their young foal.Used to be a group of 13 or more til idiot humans wanted them for dog meat.makes me angry.

Yeah its a pity that i see alot of sales horses go to there @Former-Member not pleasant at all

I let some go out of a yard a year or so back @outlander,they had no id on the yard,there was a few month old foal trapped in there.Trapped them with molasses and salt.I threw their winch they used on the gate in the biggest blackberry bush I could find...I nearly crapped my undies....warned by the friendly cop not to go there again.Dont regret doing it,when I had the bad reaction to antidepressants and my retreat from the world those Brumbies gave me respite everytime I saw them.
