I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I feel so overwhelmed and my back pain is making it worsr and i cant relieve it and its making me even more worse and building up anxiety amd i cant get rid of it. I left home for a bit and i have tears because i cant get rid of it. It hurtd to stretch and it hurts to stay stuck and i cant get relief

@outlander sis I am sorry you are feeling like this. It seems like you need to try and realx and just get your emotions back under control. Even if you just concetrate on you breathing for awhile and close you eyes and image your 'happy' place

I cant gey anything under control. I cant get the pain under control which is making me more upset but i cant seem to get a handle on my emotions.

it is a lot of pressure you are under.
I can imagine you riding through the forest with the wind in your hair.
Not sure if that helps, but
often we try and calm down
but sometimes accepting the chaos inside - calling it chaos or whatever word YOU prefer -
then stepping away can help.
Not all the chaos is bad. I also love the wildness of ocean waves and certain pieces of music imitate the complexity in people.
Sometimes going back to daily chats rather than feeling the feelings too much.
I have been running around a lot and not on the forum as much.
We do like you here.
Lots of people do.
You have a place here while you sort out what to do in your home life.
