I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Former-Member i really need relief and i cant get it. I went for a walk but i can hardly walk. And i am a total joke. 21 and a looser

@outlanderyou are not a joke nor are you a loser. You are struggling at the moment and that is ok, we all struggle at times. Are you at home now or still out somewhere?

@outlanderok, can you go do something nice for yourself. Get some self care happening, go get a nice drink, an icecream something just for you. Try and take your mind from where is is now
I always imagine my happy place and sit in there for an hour at times in my head. It helps me to get myself back under control most of the time.
What have you done in the past?

@Former-Member ive tried some coping strategies
Its a vicious cycle the physical pain is making my anxiety worse and then it makes my pain worse and i cant get rid of either of them. Ive tried going for a walk music the happy place im going to tru a drive but i sont think thats going to help as i geel annoyed and stiff. Home triggers me ao i cant be there.
I was suppose to work but i couldnt do it physically

@outlandersounds like you have tried a lot. Hun if you can't work you can't work, there is nothing you can do about it. I ws meant to do some work at home and had a panic attack just looking at the email title!
If you are going to drive, just be careful hun. Will be sitting here next to you

Im probably going to get fired 😞
The second job is an escape but im struggling to do the one job atm. I have client requests coming out my ears atm and its so overwhelming.
But i cant do it properly either if my foot is flared up nor my back either as its suppose to rest. Its like have a rhousands knots in your back with no relief and my foot well thats like a pain in the backside.
I told my boss i would work tomorrow and def tuesday as its abig day even with her help.
Drs tomorrow might help.
I need to drive but im too worked up and panicy and i just want to scream but nothing comes out.
I should go at least for now. Im too stirrred up and well cant think straight but thanks ❤ @Former-Member
