@outlander you aren't a joke hun. I understand you're really hurting right now, and that's no joke. Pain is pain, and it's real. I'm sorry I can't offer much more that my words and a virtual hug. And I'd take away that pain of yours if only I could. Would it be helpful for you list some of these emotions you are feeling here with me?

@outlander - sometimes just naming our emotions does help. I would say right now you're feeling quite sad? Would that be right? Can you name another?
