Cat is now passed out btw. So maybe he did get dizzy. He's fast asleep on his blanket at the end of my bed. We had some nice cuddles when I came home.

@Sans911 hea harping on about my uncle and his breakup and staying at our place and had basically put all the responsibility on me by saying to my uncle that he has to ask me first so now if i say no im going to be the cow and i cant ckear the spare room then i spoke to mum and shes harping on to me about the same thing and swearing at me and telling me im not to clean the spare room out and vlah blah and heap of other shit thats just adding and adding

@outlander - can you focus on a spot in your bedroom? Anything, the wall, your bed, anything. Then I want you to breathe in to the count of three, hold your breath for 3,then forcefully exhale out for 5. Think of all the negative things as you breathe out. Your mum's negative view of you, your sister's one uppance, your pop's ranting.
