I can be calm. I've got through this before. Whatever feels comfortable for you to say to yourself ok? Can you do that?

Nup just delted it. Too much shite on there @Sans911 i told my boss and contacts on fb to contact my number if they need me. Its the only reason i stayed. For clients. Thats was the last straw i cant deal with anymore

Some people are very unthinking and careless when it comes to sharing things on social media. I only share good news stories for example, however there is plenty of negative stuff on my news feed due to what others post. I see graphic displays of violence and abuse, racism and hate, intolerance... all things I totally despise. The only reason I keep fb is for the sharing of photos... no other reason. I was an admin for a support group but even there, there are all sorts of horrible things being shared. Stay strong @outlander.
