@outlandersis I think you need to take @Zoe7 advice. What she wrote was very good.
My meds are playing havoc with my mind and body but speaking to my psychiatrist he really wants me to stay on them, so I am going to trust him that he knows what is best for me.

maybe self-care time then @outlander before your appointment - how about an ice-cream or chocolate at the beach before hand (that is what I ewould like to do anyway lol)
